You may now borrow one of two Massachusetts ParksPasses from the Bellingham Public Library at no cost! This pass provides visitors unlimited day-use parking access to state park facilities within the DCR that charge a parking fee, with the exception of Nahant and Nantasket Beaches.

The ParksPass is a hangtag issued for one vehicle. Parking fees currently range from $2.00 at day use areas to $5.00 at inland water areas to $7.00 at ocean beaches. (See the DCR website for a list of state park facilities that charge a parking fee.

The library offers patrons the use of discount passes to area museums and other attractions that may be reserved in advance if you are a Bellingham resident and have a Bellingham Public Library (or other C/W Mars area library) in good standing.  Non-residents may call on the day they wish to use the pass, and if available, they may visit the library and sign out a pass. Please call the Bellingham Public Library at 508-966-1660 for more information. Learn about all our passes with links to various museums and attractions.
