THEME: SNOWFLAKES KEEP FALLING ON MY HEAD

Story: Snowflake Bentley (by Jacqueline Briggs Martin)

Activity: Snowball Fight
We crumbled up recycled coloring pages to make snowballs. Two of the “snowballs” had pictures of snowmen in them. After we threw the snowballs, the kids each picked up and unwrapped one. If there was a snowman inside, they got to pick from the prize box. We played until each child got a prize.

Activity: Match the Snowflakes
They say no two snowflakes are alike – but that’s not true for this game! Each snowflake has a match and the challenge for the kids is to find out who has the snowflake that matches theirs

Craft: Paper Snowflakes
The kids folded white paper and cut shapes out to unveil a beautiful snowflake. To make their snowflakes even prettier, the children decided to add glitter!
