Local History Room

Patrons doing local history research have a priority in the use of this room.

When not in use by a local history researcher, the room is available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to one hour (longer if no one is waiting to use the room).

If a local history researcher arrives when the room is in use, you may be asked to either relocate to another space, or permit the researcher to use the space in the room with you.

Patrons go to the Front Desk to sign into the room and a staff member will unlock the door.  The person signing out the room must be over the age of 18 and must remain in the room for the duration of the meeting.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS are permitted in the room, and all trash must be removed from the room.  The room must be left in good condition when vacated.

It is the responsibility of the person signing out the room to make sure it is in good condition before leaving.
